If you can't manage your bin
If you are elderly or infirm we will collect your bin(s) from your property. We will collect between 7.30am and 6.00pm on your normal collection day(s). If you require help with your bin please contact us on 01204 336632.
In order for us to collect your bins you must make sure any animals are properly secured and your bin is outside your property. If your gate is locked we will be unable to collect it. However, your bin(s) can be at either the back or the front of your property. We cannot collect your bin from inside your house or flat.
Help with your bin(s) includes your green bin for garden waste, your burgundy bin / green box for plastic bottles, cans, glass, your beige bin / clear sack for card, newspapers and magazines, junk mail, catalogues and paper and your grey bin for all your remaining waste.
