Cameras
Use the second hand market offered by many camera shops or advertise for sale locally or offer to a charity shop. Disposable single use cameras can be taken back to the shop or company selling them.
Cans
You should put these into your burgundy bin / green box or you can take them to your nearest Bring Site and put into the can bank. Click here to see your nearest Bring Site.

Cardboard
You should put this into your beige bin / clear sack or you can taken thme to your nearest Bring Site and put into the paper and card bank. Click here to see your nearest Bring Site.

Carpets
Charities such as the Salvation Army may take them. If the carpet is not re-useable you can take it to your local Household Waste Recycling Centre or call Access Bolton on 01204 336632 for our bulky waste collection service (there will be a £15 charge per visit).

Catalogues
You should put them in your beige bin / clear sack. If you do not have a clear sack please put into a carrier bag and leave out on your next collection day and we will leave you a new bag for next time. Click here to order a beige bin. You can also take them to one of the Bring Sites and place in the Paper and Card Bank.
CD's/Tapes/Records
You can donate these to a Charity Shop. Or you can take them to a Bring Site and place in the book bank or clothing bank. Click here for your nearest Bring Site.
Ceramics/China
You can take these to a Charity Shop.
Christmas Trees
We organise a Christmas tree collection service. See our web site news section for details at Christmas time.
Clothes
You can take clothes to a local Charity Shop. Or you can take them to a local Bring Site that has a clothing bank. Click here to see your nearest Bring Site.
Coins
Airlines and Airports accept foreign coins for charities. Many Banks collect foreign coins and out of date currency.

Computer and Electrical equipment for businesses
Maxitech.biz provide a recycling service for redundant computer and electronic equipment for local businesses.
