We want you to be involved in the decisions that we make and in the development of our services. We recognise the importance of your feedback about our services and welcome it. We are committed to using the information you give us to build on what we have got right, to put things right where we have got things wrong and to help drive forward service improvements.
We would like to hear from you if:
- You feel that you have received a good service or there is one particular part of the service that you like.
- You would like to suggest ways in which we can improve the service.
- You are unhappy with the way a member of staff dealt with you.
- You feel that you have been treated unfairly or discriminated against.
- You feel unhappy about the quality of a service you have received, or the way you received it.
